Professor Francisco Marino serves as arbitrator in commercial disputes, both domestic and international. He is part of the list of arbitrators of the most relevant Brazilian arbitration institutions, such as the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC), the Chamber for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration CIESP/FIESP (CMA), the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA), the Chamber for Arbitration of Federasul (CAF) and the Chamber for Mediation and Arbitration of the Commercial Association of Paraná (Arbitac). He also holds experience as arbitrator and emergency arbitrator in proceedings conducted under the auspices of the Rules of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
