MacCormick Fellowship awarded by the University of Edinburgh Law School (2023). Former Director and Vice-President of the Private Law Institute (IDiP). Founder and first scientific coordinator of the IDiP-Almedina Book Collection, published by Almedina Publishing House. Experience as arbitrator, legal expert, expert witness and attorney at law in both domestic and international disputes. Author of several books, papers and book chapters in the field of Private Law, mostly related to Contract Law, General Theory of Private Law and Law of Obligations.
