Francisco Paulo De Crescenzo Marino

Associate Professor of Private Law at the University of São Paulo. LL.M. (2003), Ph.D. (2007) and Habilitation (2018) in Private Law awarded by the University of São Paulo. MacCormick Fellowship awarded by the University of Edinburgh Law School (2023). Former Director and Vice-President of the Private Law Institute (IDiP). Founder and first scientific coordinator of the IDiP-Almedina Book Collection, published by Almedina Publishing House. Experience as arbitrator, legal expert, expert witness and attorney at law in both domestic and international disputes. Author of several books, papers and book chapters in the field of Private Law, mostly related to Contract Law, General Theory of Private Law and Law of Obligations. Ana Paula Barbosa Mageste

LL.B. (2013) and Ph.D. (2025) in Private Law awarded by the University of São Paulo. Guest researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law (2024). Guest lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate Private Law courses. Professional experience as an attorney and secretary to arbitral tribunals in both domestic and international commercial disputes. Member of the body of arbitrators of CAMES and CCMA-CAMARBRA. Fluent in English. Working knowledge of French and Italian.

Mila Kawai Marcos

LL.B. (2014) from the University of São Paulo, with exchange programs at Bocconi University (2011-2012) and Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (2013-2014). Master (2018) and Ph.D. (2025) in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo. Experience in litigation and arbitration cases, as an attorney and secretary to arbitral tribunals. Júlio Cézar Manso Brandão
